Quickguide

Print-Ready File Guide

Thank you for preparing your files! Following these guidelines helps us produce your project quickly and accurately.

General

  • Use CMYK color mode whenever possible.

  • Export files as PDF (preferred) or PNG, and SVG are also accepted for cutting items.

  • Embed or outline all fonts.

  • Use high-resolution images (300 DPI at final print size).

  • Keep artwork at 100% scale.

Bleed & Safe Area

  • Add 3 mm bleed on all sides of printed items.

  • Keep all important text and graphics at least 3 mm inside the trim line (safe area).

  • Extend backgrounds and images all the way into the bleed.

Lines & Graphics

  • Minimum line thickness: 0.25 mm.

  • Ensure all vector paths are closed and free from unnecessary points.

Cards

  • Include bleed on every card.

  • Keep borders well inside the safe area to avoid appearing uneven after cutting.

  • Supply fronts and backs in matching order.

Boards & Boxes

  • Use the supplied dieline/template when available.

  • Place artwork on a separate layer and remove the template when finished.

Before Sending

  • Double-check spelling and orientation.

  • Verify page sizes match the intended product.

  • Remove unused layers and hidden objects.

  • Name files clearly (e.g. GameName_Cards_Front.pdf).

A few extra minutes spent checking your files can save days in production. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to ask—we're happy to help before printing.
